Keytone Enterprises was established in 1995 with a vision of supplying premium nutritional and dairy ingredients to growing markets in Asia. The company started purchasing ingredients of Omega -3 fish oil, shark liver oil, milk powder and whey protein from Europe and the US to supply health and food industries in the region. After 3 years of successful distribution operations, Keytone extended its supply chain into New Zealand in 1998.

To meet the fast growing demand for functional dairy products and nutritional supplements from markets in Asia in recent years, Keytone has quickly undergone a change from a bulk ingredient supplier into a developer and manufacturer of these products with different packing options for wholesale and retail markets.

In 2013, Keytone purpose-built a state of the art dairy packing and blending facility in Canterbury, New Zealand. The new factory is designed to be able to produce products to accommodate consumers’ requirements from different markets and cultures. With two fully automated packing lines, the factory can deliver an annual capacity of 3,000 tons of different products. The factory is Dairy RMP (Risk Management Programme) approved for domestic supply and international export by the Ministry for Primary Industries of the New Zealand Government. All its products are Halal certified. The product range includes single serve packs of 1g to 35g sachets and 500g to 1.8kg retail pouches. From April 2014, the company will be able to offer products in 500g, 1kg, 1.5kg and 3kg tin cans after a new canning machine was put in.

KeyDairy™ is our own brand that Keytone developed to produce dairy products under for New Zealand and overseas functional dairy product markets. The product range covers fortified whole and skim milk powder, sheep milk, colostrum, lactoferrin and different kinds of nutritional dairy blends. The products are packed into different retail packaging from 1kg or more to 1g single serve packets.

 KeyHealth™ branded products are 100% sourced from New Zealand materials and manufactured by RMP certified facilities under the strict standards of the New Zealand Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI). All products are scientifically formulated as being the most effective for improving people’s health and wellbeing. FaceClear ® -one of the products under the KeyHealth™ brand has won an international award in Europe in 2012. The product is currently being sold in New Zealand and overseas.
