KeyDairy™ Whole Digesten Kiwifruit Enzyme is a freeze dried powder from the flesh of New Zealand green kiwifruit. It is naturally rich in the protease enzyme Actinidin, which is in the same family of the protein digesting proteolytic enzyme. The product has a high protein digestion > 16000CDU/g.
